By using declarekit.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create any obligation for you or us. DeclareKit is in development. Features, pricing, launch discounts and timing shown on this site are previews and may change or not happen. Early-access invitations are at our discretion.
2. Customs codes are suggestions. You verify them.
Important: DeclareKit provides automated Harmonized System (HS), US Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and country-of-origin suggestions for information only. Suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, tax or customs advice and are not a binding classification ruling from any customs authority.
The merchant reviews and confirms every code and country of origin before it is applied, and the merchant (as exporter, importer or seller) remains solely responsible for the accuracy of product data, customs declarations, duties, taxes and compliance. For complex, high-value or regulated goods, consult a licensed customs broker or obtain a binding ruling.
3. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information or other people's email addresses without permission, don't try to disrupt or probe the site or form, and don't use automated means to submit entries.
4. Intellectual property
The DeclareKit name, site design and content belong to DeclareKit. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. DeclareKit is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. Tariff data referenced on this site comes from public government sources such as the US International Trade Commission.
5. No warranty
The site and any information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeclareKit and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any duties, penalties, fines, seizures, delays or lost profits arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or waitlist is limited to $50.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or end the waitlist at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Contact
The app itself will have its own terms of service when it launches.
